Nothing in this application — including AI-generated coaching suggestions, exercise recommendations, or progress analysis — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern. Use AxioMind at your own risk.
AxioMind is a paid subscription service. Pricing is as follows:
Billing is processed securely through Stripe. You will be asked to provide payment details before your subscription billing period begins. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
All fees are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain full access until then.
How to cancel: Email [support@yourdomain.com] with your account email and a request to cancel. A self-service cancellation link will be available directly in your account settings once billing is fully active.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
