This Privacy Policy describes how AxioMind ("[Your Legal Entity Name]", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service. By using AxioMind, you agree to the practices described here.

1. What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Google profile data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this to create and identify your account.
Workout data: Exercise names, sets, reps, weights, notes, and dates that you log in the app. This is the core data the service stores on your behalf.
Session data: A functional session cookie that keeps you logged in. It contains only your account identifier and expires after 30 days of inactivity.

We do not collect payment card details directly — payments are handled by Stripe (see Section 3).

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the AxioMind service
To authenticate your account via Google OAuth
To generate AI coaching insights from your workout history (processed by Anthropic's Claude API — see Section 3)
To contact you about your account or changes to these policies

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

AxioMind relies on the following third-party services to operate:

Google OAuth: Used for authentication. When you sign in, Google shares basic profile information with us subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic (Claude API): Your workout input text is sent to Anthropic's API to be parsed into structured exercise data. Anthropic processes this data subject to their Privacy Policy. We send only the workout text you enter — no names or account identifiers are included.
Stripe: Used for payment processing. Stripe collects and stores your payment information directly; we never see or store your full card details. Stripe's data handling is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in SQLite databases on our servers. Each user's workout data is stored in an isolated database file. We use HTTPS to encrypt all data in transit. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure — use the service at your own risk.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email us at [support@yourdomain.com] with the subject "Delete my account." We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [support@yourdomain.com]. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a single functional session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is strictly necessary for the service to operate and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
